Hours
Return window for in-stock accessories from date of purchase, with receipt.
Required for Refund
Without a receipt, store credit is available only. Returned gifts receive store credit.
Sale & Floor Samples
Special sale items and floor samples are sold as-is. No returns, holds, or exchanges.
Special Sale Items & Floor Samples Are Final Sale
These items are sold "as is" and are not subject to holds, returns, exchanges, or service. All sales are final. Any promotion or discount cannot be applied to a previous purchase or outstanding balance.
Return Policies
We will accept returns of in-stock accessories (not special orders) within 72 hours of purchase with a receipt, except for "Special Sale" items. Without a receipt, store credit only will be available. Returned gifts will receive store credit.
Accessories placed in your home by our designers are subject to a 72-hour return policy and must be secured by credit card. Items must be returned by the customer in excellent condition.
Items returned that were paid for by check will require the check to clear — or until the next payment date — whichever comes sooner, before a refund is issued.
Special Sale items and Floor Samples are sold "as is" and all sales are final. This merchandise is not subject to holds, returns, exchanges, or service of any kind.

The items listed below are sold in their current condition and cannot be returned, exchanged, or held under any circumstances.
